At BIG Boots, we want you to stand tall in your new footwear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. If your fit isn't perfect, our streamlined process ensures you get the right size or a full refund without the hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new pair within 3-5 business days.
